Overview
PSV594 is Perspective Therapeutics’ proprietary radiopharmaceutical candidate targeting the cholecystokinin 2 receptor (CCK2R) for the diagnosis and treatment of CCK2R- expressing solid tumors. The targeting moiety is optimized for high-affinity binding, rapid internalization, and favorable pharmacokinetics. PSV594 uses the Company’s proprietary PSC chelator for stable radiolabeling. It is designed to deliver Pb-212 for targeted alpha-particle therapy while enabling companion diagnostic imaging with Pb-203 (SPECT), or Ga-68 (PET) which uses the DOTA chelator.
Development
- PSV594 is advancing toward first-in-human therapeutic dosing in patients with CCK2R-positive solid tumors. Patient selection will utilize SPECT imaging with [203Pb]PSV594 or PET with the 68Ga-labeled analog
- The program is positioned for a Phase 1/2a dose-finding and dose-expansion study to evaluate safety, dosimetry, and preliminary anti-tumor activity. Updates on trial initiation and early data are expected in 2026
- PSV594 benefits from the Company’s proprietary 212Pb generator platform and regional manufacturing network, enabling efficient supply for clinical trials and future commercialization
